I've had the privilege of collaborating with ImmoScout24 since prior to their rebranding, playing a key role in shaping their new brand identity and crafting a cohesive user experience. My work encompassed UX research, usability testing, and designing digital products and services that brought the brand to life. Furthermore, I streamlined the user journeys for both customers and agents by conducting a thorough review of the product's user experience and interface design, resulting in more intuitive and seamless interactions.

As part of my work on the lead product—a platform that enables users to sell their homes with the assistance of an agent—I played a comprehensive role encompassing research, planning, design, and development. I was responsible for creating key components and sections of the platform, each designed to enhance the user experience and drive business results.

Additionally, I implemented UX improvements across several core components of the website, many of which remain in use today, contributing to a more seamless and efficient user journey.
