ImmoScout24 is the leading operator of digital property marketplaces in Germany with 3.5 million visits per month.

I've been working with ImmoScout24 since before their rebranding, helping them develop their new brand, doing UX research, usability tesing, and designing and developing the digital products and services around it.

In addition, I helped to connect the services and user journeys for customers and agents through a fundamental review of the product user experience and interface design, making existing journeys more intuitive.

While working on the lead product, which allows the user to sell a house with an agent, I researched, planned, designed and developed several components and sections of the platform.

For example, this landing page, which ties back to the brand promise and showcases the features and benefits of agents in a way that's dramatically different from the competition, has enabled a significant increase in conversion rates since 2019.

I led the "Mein Immobilienverkauf" project from the beginning, researching, designing, usability testing the website and balancing priorities to define and deliver new features. Working iteratively, I launched an MVP of the new site in Wordpress and then refined it in further sprints to deliver the perfect experience.
